A Tough Road Ahead for Bihar CM, Nitish Kumar, foresees Ganesha

With JD(U) leader, Nitish Kumar being sworn in Chief Minister of Bihar, a phase of political uncertainty has come to an end in the State. But Kumar's return to power also kicks off another phase of political realignment in the run-up to the State Assembly elections, due before October.
Naturally, Nitish Kumar has a tough path cut out for him. How will he manage to balance everything - the demands of his party, the need to restore relationships with the BJP ruled Centre and ruling an ailing state?

Earlier, Nitish Kumar had done what Delhi's Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had done in past just before the Delhi elections. Amid the usual political drama Nitish Kumar has apologised to the people of Bihar for his decision to quit the CM's office last year and termed that event as 'a mistake'.

In an address to the media he had said, "I apologise for my mistake. Will never take such emotional decisions again and will always take the wishes of the people into consideration. We are committed to working for the development of Bihar. Me resigning as the Chief Minister was a mistake."

According to Astrological expert Ganesha, on the basis of the Chart created for the time and date of Kumar's Oath, the way ahead for Nitish Kumar in this new avtaar as Chief Minister of Bihar can be predicted.

"Leo is the Ascendant Sign of the Oath Chart, which is placed in the star of Ketu. This is not a good placement, because Saturn is expecting the Ascendant Sign Leo - from the 4th House. However, Leo is a Fixed Zodiac Sign, and the Lord of the Ascendant, the Sun, too is expecting the Ascendant." [-Ganesha]

And, thus, the new government's path may be full of challenges - which is any way clear. However, the Sun's effect looks set to be a saving grace for the Nitish government. This is likely to boost Nitish's political status, and also promises good administration and governance.

Several tasks are cut out for the new Government. A number of projects are held up due to the apathy on the part of State Government citing differences with the Central Government on one issue or the other. As a result, development is the casualty.

Now, the scenes have changed and lessons have been learnt, as is evident in Nitish's apology.

This shows that Nitish indeed wants himself to be seen as a statesman and he will like his work do all the talking for him.

It remains to be seen how the ongoing projects take off from here.

For example, the rail-cum-road bridge at Patna.

Its status is : approach roads from both sides not ready.

Why?
There are issues related to land acquisition. Only the State Government can solve.

So, the new Govt must show its intent now and be pro-active. Although Kumar, as the new CM, is capable to rule with considerable power and control, he will have to face stiff challenges and hindrances, internal turmoil in his cabinet and confusions.

He is likely to face severe problems in maintaining balance, within his party as well as the government. Steady conditions may not prevail, and there will be problems in implementing his plans and policies. There is also a possibility of a financial crunch for the new government, a likelihood of some unexpected problems cropping up, which will demand the required statesmanship of Nitish Kumar- his commitment, his extra efforts for resolution.

All in all, the Stars indicate that this time Bihar CM Nitish Kumar's job will be very challenging. There will be obstructions. And, although Kumar may yet again be appreciated by the masses for good administration, he will continue to face hurdles and bottlenecks.
